Group event hosting information
Food & Beverage Minimum
All group reservation requests come with a Food & Beverage revenue guarantee. Minimum vary based on the day of the week and time of the year. The revenue guarantee represents the minimum dollars that must be spent to secure the event space.
Event guest count
Helio Basin must receive your final guest count 4 days prior to the event. If the requested count is not received on time, the original guest count will be used. You will be charged for the actual guest count in the case it exceeds your original guest count.
A deposit of 50% of the Food & Beverage minimum is required to hold the reservation. The deposit will be applied to your total, final check amount.
If you or any of your guests have an allergy or dietary restriction, please inform the staff and our chefs will be happy to accommodate.
All parties over 20 people are required to be catered. No outside food, including desserts, are permissible. Please see our menu for dessert and cake offerings.
We do not provide separate checks for group events. Upon completion of the event, one check will be prepared with all food, beverage, incidental charges, sales tax and gratuity. Payment of the entire guest check is due upon completion of the event. Cash and all major credit cards are accepted.
Cloth linens for tables
Table linens are not included, but can be provided by Helio Basin for an extra charge. and our chefs will be happy to accommodate.
For all group parties, there is a 20% gratuity added to the final check.
90 days prior to the event, 100% of the deposit will be returned.
60 days prior to the event, 75% of the deposit will be returned.
30 days prior to the event, 50% of the deposit will be returned.
7 days prior to the event, 25% of the deposit will be returned.

One entrée consists of two tacos per person.
